Free Entry Benefit
If you wear a full Hanbok set (both top and bottom), you can enter the palace for free! There are many rental shops nearby.
Tuesday Closure
Keep in mind that Gyeongbokgung is closed every Tuesday, unlike many other attractions in Seoul.
Photography Spot
The best shot of the main hall, Geonjeongjeon, is usually from the center of the stone walkway, framed by the Bukaksan Mountain in the background.
